We are looking for an Executive Director
The mission of The Anna Trust is to support the collective efforts of Catholic sisters’ congregations globally, especially those in vulnerable contexts, to ensure a healthy dignified aging process and provide the long-term care needed for all Catholic sisters.
Position Description: The Executive Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategy in all areas of program work as well as managing overall operation of The Anna Trust and its financial resources. The position is both that of an experience manager but also a transformational servant leader, capable of inspiring, motivating and guiding collaborative work to ensure the dignity of elderly sisters.
Areas of work include grantmaking, education and field-building to expand capacity in elder care, and advocacy including communications to champion the cause of elderly Catholic sisters.
The Executive Director is responsible for fundraising, both institutional and major gifts, to ensure sustainability of the Trust.
The position reports to the Board of Directors and is located in Rome, Italy.
